Lisa McCullough
Lisa has been a leader with Carnmoney Open Award Centre for over 15 years, with an Emergency care background, she has a special interest in the delivery of first aid training. In addition to this, she holds a Level 2 Education Authority Hill Walking qualification and is an Expedition Assessor.
Lisa gains great personal reward through supporting young people to achieve their full potential, learn new skills, build lifelong relationships and independence through the experiences offered by both DofE and the Presidents Award.

Michael Ross
Michael was one of the founding members of the award centre in 1999 and his leadership over the last 20 plus years is underpinned by his outdoor qualifications including Education Authority Hill Walking Level 3 and Expedition Assessor.
Michael firmly believes in the core values of the award and the life skills that all participants acquire through their participation in all levels of the Award

Lynsey McCloy
Lynsey is a full time Youth Worker has been involved with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award from the age of 14.
Lynsey has completed her Hillwalking level 1 & 2 qualifications and is an accredited DofE assessor.
Lynsey enjoys binge watching Netflix series’, shopping and going away in the caravan.

John McCullough
John is a software engineer and has been involved with the unit for several years, having achieved all three awards.
He has achieved the basic certifications required by the DofE and is a junior leader.
He is the unit's technology guru.
John has a great connection with people and enjoys sharing his enthusiasm for the outdoors with others.
